REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE FACILITY AND THE SERVICES OFFERED<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. \n

    Check-in can take place from 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM on the day of arrival<\/strong>, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure<\/strong>. Any exceptions will be allowed only with prior authorization from the Host.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Access to the facility and the rooms can be done automatically using the numeric code provided by the Host once the check-in procedure is completed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Alternatively, you can request the delivery of physical keys for access to the rooms and the building, which must be returned at check-out.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    The balance of the reservation must be paid no later than at check-in. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or in cash.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    The payment of the tourist tax must be made at the time of check-in and can be paid in cash or by bank transfer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    In case of no-show or early departure, no refunds will be provided to guests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    The data of our guests are processed in accordance with current privacy laws.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    Smoking and the use of flammable materials inside the facility are strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  9. \n

    It is forbidden to bring into the facility or use any equipment for preparing food or beverages, except for those provided for guests in the snack area.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  10. \n

    As we do not have dedicated services, pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  11. \n

    Access to the facility is prohibited for persons other than those registered at the time of booking and check-in.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  12. \n

    It is prohibited to make disturbing noise, especially between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  13. \n

    The cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms will be carried out daily and free of charge, between 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  14. \n

    Bed and bath linen will be changed free of charge every 3 days of stay and whenever there is a change of guests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  15. \n

    Upon guest request, extra changes of bed and bath linen can be made at an additional cost of \u20ac10.00 per occupant and per change requested.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  16. \n

    Upon guest request, made at the time of booking, a cot for children aged 0-4 years can be added to the rooms at a cost of \u20ac15.00 per stay.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  17. \n

    The rooms and the facility are not equipped with safes, so we encourage guests not to leave valuables unattended, always ensuring that doors and windows are closed when leaving the rooms. We disclaim any responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ belongings left unattended.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  18. \n

    In the event of any damage caused by guests to people, furniture or otherwise to the facility during their stay, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the same on the spot as well;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  19. \n

    For security reasons, surveillance cameras are present at the entrance and in the common areas of the facility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  20. \n

    Guests are advised to use the rooms, common areas, and restrooms in a civil and respectful manner, avoiding throwing anything that is not normally allowed into the drains, as it may obstruct them.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
